We are now in hunt for a Technology and IT Security Manager

Technology and IT Security Manager

to bring us technological insight and execution as well as guide us to the future of the legal services.

The position is an exciting full range hands-on role

  • setting up the function (you would be the first one in this role)
  • working closely with our development team in development projects
  • defining our technology architecture and roadmap based on Fondia's business strategy and objectives
  • defining technology requirements and specifications
  • helping with supplier/technology selections, evaluation and procurement
  • managing technology providers
  • providing second-tier support to Fondia’s service desk and to the rest of the organization when necessary

Your responsibilities would cover the use of technology comprehensively including all ICT - infra, connections, devices, software, services, management, support & maintenance, security and license management.

For you to be able to excel and grow in the role

  • You are an innovative spirit and you know how to apply technologies for profitable business
  • You do not know everything, but you are not afraid of a challenge
  • You are a senior enough to take responsibility and to carry out tasks in an independent manner. But not alone.
  • You have appropriate education and good knowledge of Microsoft product portfolio including SharePoint
  • You know how to help knowledge workers with digital tools (e.g. collaboration, document management, document generation, project management, communications, customer service). 

Our working environment requires excellent skills in English, strong Finnish is advantage. Your main location is in Helsinki but your role will require some travelling.
