Arto Lindfors
As Lead Legal Counsel at Fondia, I focus on contract law, ICT and intellectual property rights. My work covers a broad range of dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, as well as drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements. I am a member of Fondia’s ICT and dispute resolution competence teams.
With over 30 years of experience as an attorney and in-house counsel, I have contributed as an expert to the preparation of Finland’s IT contract terms (IT2010, IT2015, IT2018 and IT2022) and published several works on IT law. My approach is business-oriented and proactive, always prioritizing the customer’s needs and Fondia’s values of transparency and collaboration.
