We presently have more than 110 lawyers working at Fondia across different parts of Finland and in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Tallinn. As Fondia is continually growing we are constantly looking for new lawyers with at least five years’ experience in the field of business law.


At Fondia, we value sharing both information and knowledge. With our emphasis on teamwork and low levels of hierarchy, we do not compete with each other in a way that might jeopardize the work provided to our customers. On the contrary, we work together in a truly positive environment.

As customer relationships are usually long term the team members become familiarised with the businesses of the customers. Every team has at least two lawyers and one lawyer is responsible for 5-10 customers, depending on the extent of the assignments, which in turn is outlined together with customers in advance.

Fondia’s lawyers also belong to competence and industry teams where we constantly share information, agree on work distribution, discuss important current matters and develop our own knowledge. Lawyers can belong to one or more competence and/or teams based on their individual knowledge and interests.
